How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat €6 per order. Sign up to our newsletter and use the code WELCOME at checkout to get free shipping on your first order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive within 9–20 days from the moment you order, depending on your location. Delivery can take a little longer during holidays or due to customs checks.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to 40+ countries across Europe, North America, Asia and Oceania. If your country is available at checkout, we deliver there.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Shop Pay. All payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Prices are shown in EUR by default. You can switch between EUR, USD and RON using the currency selector at the top of the page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll take care of it.
What is your return policy?
You can return your sunglasses within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. See our Returns page for details.

Are the lenses UV protected?
Yes, all Faronne sunglasses feature UV-protected lenses.
What is the frame made of?
The temples are made of a durable gold-toned metal alloy, designed to be lightweight and long-lasting. The rimless design keeps the focus on the crystal-cut lens edges.
Which lens colors are available?
Four gradient lens colors: Ocean Blue, Storm Grey, Violet Smoke and Amber Fade, all with the same gold frame.
How do I care for my sunglasses?
Clean the lenses with a soft microfiber cloth and avoid paper towels or rough fabrics. Store them in a case when not in use to protect the crystal-cut edges.
